What is the hardest thing to break?
Diamonds are hard to find but not hard to break.
What is the hardest thing to break then?
The answer is: HABIT
If you break the H, you still have A BIT. If you break the A, you still
have BIT. If you break the B, you still have IT!!!
Hey, after you break the T in IT, there is still the 'I'. The person at
the end of the day, is the root of all the problems. Cute???
Now, I know why HABIT is so hard to break. Its destiny is in its name.
The word itself.
My lecturer taught me never, never, never to ASSUME . Because it makes
an 'ASS' out of 'U' and 'ME'...

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain.

Regrets and Solutions

"Wish things would be different", its always being said or thinking whenever people do mistake. Feel guilty, regrets and etc, all mixup. However, no matter how big or small that mistake we must not giving up and put some hope on it. Coz that way we able to think rationally to seek decision and solve the problem, of course we cannot redo whatever happen before. But a least we can see a better solution to solve the problem. Making decision is not easy, especially when you have to choose, however its up to the person whether to choose "Fullstop" or "Triple Dots". Fullstop as everyone know, its the end of every sentences, but it can be end of seeking solution or giving up, whether in positive or negative way. However, as for "Triple dots", it means, hope and continution its still there for not giving up and keep giving chances on better life. Therefore, if you feel regrets always think wisely for seeking solution and never give up.

Beneficial things in daily life..

Ants Problem:
Keep the skin of cucumbers near the place or ant hole.
To get pure and clean ice:
Boil water first before freezing.
To make the mirror shine:
Clean with spirit.
To remove chewing gum from clothes:
Keep the cloth in the freezer for an hour.
To whiten white clothes:
Soak white cloths in hot water with a slice of lemon for 10 minutes 10.
To give a shine to hair:
Add one teaspoon of vinegar to hair, then wash hair
To get maximum juice out of lemons:
Soak lemons in hot water for one hour, and then juice them
To avoid smell of cabbage while cooking:
Keep a piece of bread on the cabbage in the vessel while cooking
To rid the smell of fish from your hands:
Wash your hands with a little apple vinegar
To avoid tears while cutting onions:
Chew gum
To boil potatoes quickly:
Skin one potato from one side only before boiling
To boil eggs quickly:
Add salt to the water and boil
To check freshness of fish:
Put it in a bowl of cold water. If the fish floats, it's fresh
To check freshness of eggs:
Put the egg in water, If it becomes horizontal, its fresh, If it becomes slanting, its 3 - 4 days old. If it becomes vertical, its 10 days old. If its floats, it's stale.
To remove ink from clothes:
Put toothpaste on the ink spots generously and let it dry completely, then wash.
To skin sweet potatoes quickly:
Soak in cold water immediately after boiling.
To get rid of mice or rats:
Sprinkle black pepper in places where you find mice or rats. They will run away.

Took For Granted

Its common everywhere, people come and go to seek better life and career. But for those love ones, it will be so painful once we lose them forever. Sometimes, we all took for granted with their existence, because of our busy life. But once they are gone, its too late to turn the clock back. While we have the chances we should value those people who are very dear to us (parents, siblings, friends and relatives). Spending time with them as much as we can. Losing them it will be "big" emptiness inside , and its too painful and sad to describe. How hard it will be for not having them around, and how difficult to continue our life as before. For us who're still "breathing"...life must go on and time will heal us, it will be tough at first and it takes time to get use to it....but always remember no matter where we are, our love one will "live" forever in our mind. My dad passed away for 9 years and we missing him a lot till now. This year we loses 2 people who very dear to us, my cousin who got involved in car accident and died last 2 weeks. And my aunt who got sick and passed away. We love them dearly. They are special to GOD as they special to us too. GOD bless them all always.

Invitation

I'm seriously forgotten about my friend's party today. Being bz with family gathering, i hope my friend wont 'kill" me tomorrow...:D. Sometimes, its hard to choose spending time between family or friend. Or having 3 invitations at the same day and time. Hard to be a "superwoman" to fulfill everyone request at the same time. The last thing i have to think about is giving priority on the issues then decide wisely. And of course, have to explain the situation in compromising way so those people who involved will understand. Well, easy to say then done....but i have to do it.

Tiring Day

Woke up early, around 7am well 7.30am actually...LOL . Manage to do my laundry, then i am so 15 minutes late for my dentist appointment. Why is it with "clock spinning" so quickly, i end up "surrender" my 9am appointment the other patient then i took her turn after that. The appointment end near to 1 hour (10am). Oh well, not so bad i still got time for my window shopping before meet up with friend at 11am. After the yadda yadda with my friend then run some errands. Finally around 3pm went to another friend's party, 20 minutes driving around the area trying to find the place....blame myself, forgot to bring the map of her house. Anyway manage to find it at the end....even though in the earliest i have given a wrong direction given by another friend ..2 roundabouts become 3 roundabouts...no wonder i got lost. LOL...well cant blame her....coz her first time as myself to go to my friend's place. What a day......fun, tiring and a lot of delicious food serving at the party. Another thing, i should tell myself, be punctual instead of blaming the clock all the time....clever huh!

Got bored and excited at the same time, editing the photo on the blog setting. And the clock spinning so fast, its near to 1am in the morning, still wanna type something, excited with the weekend.....coz planning to wake up late tomorrow. Darn! i have an appointment with my dentist in the morning, then meet up with friend at noon...and again attending friend's party in the evening.. what a busy Saturday, Mizz Bee zzzz....!!!!
