Jump Queue?

Why people like to jump queue? While others have been waiting in queue for long hours and suddenly someone simply jump queue without even consider for others.

Is this the culture we want to be, being rude or considerate? A big question will pop up in our mind, and it always back to us to answer it. Be wise.
